Automatic test system with advanced functions and OEB4 protection level

The new UTS X impresses with its clean, robust case, compact dimensions and new functionalities. The device can be automatically leveled and optimally aligned at the push of a button. Swivel castors also allow easy maneuvering of the testing system.

SmartFeed - new, fast singulation system for tablets

SmartFeed, the new singulation system, includes a progressively controlled singulation chute with automatically adjustable inclination. This enables a very quick separation of the tablets and increases the throughput of the tablets to be measured.

Intelligent dust separation with the new CleanFeed® module

The product infeed is designed with Triclamp DIN DN50 as standard. To remove tablet dust in the device in a controlled manner, you can upgrade the UTS X with the new CleanFeed® module as an option: Shielding during sample draw and dedusting before tablets are fed into the test system are performed automatically.

Modular design with new options

Depending on customer requirements, the system supports two different scale manufacturers and types and two interchangeable thickness gauge modules with different accuracy classes. The different hardness measuring ranges can also be adapted for hardness determination depending on requirements.

User-friendly control and status visualization

Thanks to the retractable 7" touch display and the new database-supported, intuitive all-in-one touch software, the test system is easy to operate and control. Addition external software solutions are no longer required for most applications. The 360° LED status display allows you to see the system status from a distance.

To ensure FDA 21 CFR-Part 11 compliance, the functionality of the software can be expanded modularly to suit your requirements.

Optimal positioning of the tablet

The new transport star unit allows individual adaptation to tablet formats using eight ­easily exchangeable inlays each. Positioning is supported by the optional VibraFix module for length alignment of the test specimens and for stabilizing the oblong tablets during hardness determination.

Due to its design, the new UTS X system achieves up to 50% higher tablet throughput than comparable devices.
